Introducing digital vouchers with Impact Apps resulted in a $353,860 reduction in the cost of vouchers redeemed in the first financial year (22/23) for Livingstone Shire Council, this huge financial saving enabled us to hire a new staff member.
Council now has a fraud proof way of distributing vouchers to eligible residents, has a paper trail on usage and can easily pull reports on active and used vouchers.

Residents can access and print their vouchers from Council's website.
Vouchers can be easily shared - with a gardener / contractor or friend - through the app.
